Easter weekend 2011 my good friend and fellow photographer, Cindy Wentzloff
(CynthiaG Photography) suggested at the last minute to take a long weekend trip to
Page, AZ. Sure, why not. Well, 1,500 miles later and almost 2,000 photos between us, we returned to Colorado.
Saturday morning we woke to a drizzling rain in Page, AZ. However, after breakfast the sun popped out so we decided to go see Horseshoe Bend before
doing our Photographer's Tour of Antelope Canyon. As I approached the cliff overlooking Horseshoe Bend, my stomach started doing flip-flops. I don't
handle heights well when it is a straight drop off - like this. I was very uneasy getting closer than a few feet from the edge. This is the best I
could do under these circumstances.
