I have joined a couple Meetup Photography groups to meet with and learn from other
photographers. It has been and continues to be a fantastic experience. The Colorado Photography Learning Group has been the most fun
group to be with. We have done numerous photo shoots and other activities to learn how to be better at our craft.
One of those outings was a trip to the Paint Mines - located half way between Colorado Springs and Limon. It is is a location where you would
not to expect to find anything so striking. The rock formations, the ability to hike all over the place, the variety of colors and the many
photo opportunities makes this a place to go back to time and again.
