I had just been through several very stressful weeks with work and
had my weekend to the mountains cancelled the week before. I was so ready to get back to nature. 800 miles later I had my
balance restored. I left at 4:30 am on Saturday and drove to northwest Colorado, actually going into Utah twice, to tour the dinosaur
national monument before spending the night in steamboat springs. The early morning hike to fish creek falls and beyond was so refreshing
in many ways. It was all a much needed break!
